The .IE Tipping Point report was commissioned by .IE in partnership with Digital Business Ireland to assess how SME’s were fairing during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The survey assessed the attitudes and opinions of 1,000 Irish consumers and 500 retail and consumer-facing professional services SMEs when it comes to doing digital business.
These findings reflect the seismic changes that have been taking place in the Irish retail landscape since 2020 when the pandemic first struck.
